Overall User Rating: Mercer M23930GR Millennia Primary4 3" Paring Knife with Green Handle ( 5.0 stars from 6 reviews )

Our paring knives seem to grow legs and walk away. At this price we can stock up and have plenty on hand no matter how may go missing.

These three inch pairing knives are great! The arrive very sharp and keep a good edge and with a quick run on the steel they are back to sharp again. We like having the different colors to keep from cross contamination with cooked/ raw ingredients

These paring knives are outstanding. They are very sharp when they arrive, and hold their edge well even after some abuse. Every one of these paring knives I own has survived years of going through the dishwasher in horrible hard water, and not one has a rust stain! Even though some of the butter knives from my high-quality flatware set have developed rust stains, these inexpensive paring knives have not. I am very pleased with these!

This mercer 3' paring knife is the knife that is grabed first off of the magnetic knife rack . Our staff knows that it will be sharp and ready to go.

The thin blade makes this knife ideal for garnishing or cutting small vegetables. The knife is light and has a full size handle which I feel is a big plus in a pairing knife.

Very good quality knife at a reasonable, economical price. We've used it for several weeks and it is holding its edge very well. The bright color makes it easier to find than other items in the kitchen.
