    This is a great knife for quick chopping. I like the wide blade design because it allows you to rock the blade more. Easy to mince herbs with it.

    Our cooks really enjoy using this knife as it stays sharp and has a good weight which makes it easy to handle. Fine quality at a very reasonable price.

    This is really an all purpose knife! Great for prepping vegetables, butchering chickens and even breaking down freshly cooked lobsters! Very sharp and easy to keep it that way!!
