Use it as a direct replacement for the ABS plastic inserts that came with your round French style wedding cake set alongside your existing set's stainless steel frames on your cake stand (sold separately) to cut, layer, and create a wonderful tiered design. Simply place frames around corresponding inserts, layering and assembling the cake tiers as you go.

Additionally, these inserts can be used as a reusable alternative to foam to construct faux display cakes for your bakery. Simply tier the inserts, cover with either icing or fondant, and decorate exactly as you would with foam. Change your display as often as you'd like and reuse the inserts again and again.
