Easily create layered desserts, mousses, and opera cakes with this Matfer Bourgeat 370105 mousse set with a frame. This set is designed to make mousse desserts with uniform layers for a professional and attractive appearance. The set includes a durable, 18/10 stainless steel flat sheet that acts as the base for your dessert and a yellow-coded frame with a 3/8" height to easily stack and layer icing, whipped cream, mousse, jelly, or pudding. Plus, its medium 13 3/4" x 13 3/4" size allows you to make enough dessert for a crowd of people with ease.

To use, begin by placing the flat sheet on a clear surface where you will have plenty of room to work. Easily attach the stackable frame to the base, and fill with a dessert layer of your choice. Smooth it out, and repeat the process with more frames (sold separately) if desired. Freeze the entire set with the sheet if required, and when ready, the frames and the base can be easily removed one by one, giving you beautiful results with minimal effort.
