This cake pan is made of Exopan fine steel with a convenient non-stick coating inside and protective enamel outside for longevity. Use it in your bakery, restaurant, cafe, or catering operation. The removable bottom makes it easy to remove your baked creations as well. Its 4 3/4" size is great for individually sized desserts.

Exopan fine steel combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the conveniences of non-stick. To clean, simply wipe the pan inside and out by hand with hot water, a degreasing product, and a soft cloth. Exopan steel should not be exposed to humidity. It is temperature resistant from -20 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and an enamel outside adds protection for longevity.
