Able to uniformly slice candy in one chop, the base accommodates the two included cutting arms and eliminates the need to turn the product by letting you create a single, perfect, precise slice from one direction, and then the other to create squares. It also includes a spatula and tension keys to keep the wire cutters taunt at all times.

The tray is made of durable stainless steel, and the mini size is ideal for pastry shops and restaurants. Each arm boasts a cutting size of 7/8" to create the perfect, individual sized dessert.
