This Main Street Equipment 541026061002 stainless steel door for 3 and 4 tube floor fryers attaches to the front of the fryer cabinet for easy access to the full port drain valve for emptying and maintenance. It is a direct replacement for the one that came standard with your Main Street Equipment floor fryers. If the original door becomes rusted or damaged, this replacement door will get your fryer back in working order.
