Can I leave the case on my device while charging it in this unit?

This depends on your unit and the type of case you have. Luxor’s LLTM series features slimmer shelves that are perfect for tablets, while their LLTP units are ideal for laptops. While these can be used with very slim, streamlined cases, we would advise making sure that the unit has enough airflow around the devices to prevent overheating. If you find that your unit is overheating, you may need to remove the devices from their cases. Be sure to verify that the width between the dividers will comfortably accommodate your device with room to spare for adequate circulation.

The Luxor LLTP12-B-UPS laptop and Chromebook compact charging cart is a convenient, mobile charging station. Designed to conserve space while providing utility, this charging station's two shelves support a total of 12 devices with rubber-coated dividers for each device. Charging is simple with the included 12-outlet vertical power strip attached at the front of the cart. Moving the card it easy and smooth with its (4) 3" casters and attached handle. When finished moving around, the cart can be kept stationary with (2) locking brakes. To keep everything safe and secure, lock up with either of the two keys that come included.

Its durable, steel construction will withstand frequent usage. The unit ventilates on all sides, allowing air to circulate freely and reduce overheating. You can store up to 75 lb. of evenly distributed weight inside the cart, making it a great addition to any office or classroom setting.
