Continue to whip on low speed until smooth, about 4 minutes. Pour contents of the mixing bowl into serving dishes and let it stand 10 minutes, or until set, before adding toppings. Alternatively, pour the contents of the mixing bowl into cooled, baked pie shells to use as a pie filling and let it stand for 30 minutes, or until set, before adding any toppings.
