Cook until the meat is fully browned, then turn off the heat and add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee hot Sichuan-style mabo tofu sauce and mix well to combine. Add the blanched tofu to the mixture, then cover and cook over low heat until the tofu is heated through. Remove the lid and add several sliced green onions or one sliced leek.
