This sign arrived with the lamp head disconnected. Is there a way to reconnect it?

The lamp head for this item can sometimes arrive disconnected due to the rigors of transportation. This does not mean that the unit is unusable. They can simply slide back into place by sliding in one side clip first before sliding in the second.

This Lavex indoor single, adjustable head remote LED emergency lamp is perfect for replacing a broken lamp head or expanding your lighting system in conjunction with your existing indoor, remote emergency light units! It is made of durable white thermoplastic and is ideal for use indoors in areas where you need to be prepared for emergency situations. The lamp is a single, adjustable head with a bright LED light and a square design.

This lamp is designed to work with remote capable emergency lighting units and does not have its own individual power source. Compatible lighting units must have a 3.6V, 6V, 9.6V, or 12V battery. Also, this lamp comes with a universal mounting base plate with mounting hardware for quick and easy installation for wall or ceiling mount. It is made with 5VA flame retardant, high-impact resistant thermoplastic. This light has an output of 1W and it is designed to meet UL specifications.
