Be prepared with this Lavex decorative black cast aluminum outdoor high lumen LED emergency light with a battery backup, self-diagnostics, and photocell! With this emergency light, you can rest assured that your business is prepared. It is designed for use in your outdoor spaces so that you can ensure that your patios, outdoor waiting areas, entrances, and parking areas are properly illuminated even during power outages.

For exceptional illumination, this emergency light has two 3W long life, energy efficient, ultra-bright LED lights. To diffuse the light to the desired area, this model uses a mirror-bright reflector and a prismatic polycarbonate refractor. To make sure that the light keeps working even when the power is out, this unit comes with a long-life, maintenance-free, rechargeable 4.8V NiCad battery. There is an internal switch that automatically connects the internal battery to the LED lights for a minimum of 90 minutes of emergency illumination during a power outage. Once the battery is discharged, the fully-automatic two-rate charger initiates charging to completely recharge the battery in 24 hours.

Along with being used as a backup emergency light, this light has field-selectable wiring that can also be wired for AC operation. This allows for wall-switch or photocell control in instances when switching the light on on-demand is desired. It can also be used as both a normally-on or normally-off light, as well as on a switched circuit. In AC mode, the photocell technology automatically responds to low exterior lighting.

The charge rate / power on LED indicator light and the push-to-test switch ensure that this emergency light meets mandatory code compliance testing requirements. Plus, this model features a standard self-diagnostic feature that continually diagnoses performance and tests systems to ensure reliable operation and to meet electrical and life safety codes.

This decorative emergency light features a low-profile architectural design that can easily blend in with patio and other outdoor settings. The die cast aluminum housing and the durable black powder-coated finish deliver a professional look while ensuring that this unit endures the rigors of outdoor conditions. The housing is sealed and gasketed for even better protection. It can be easily surface mounted using the back plate, which fits most standard junction boxes. The back plate features a universal K/O pattern for wall mounting.

This universal model can operate on a 120/277V electrical connection. It may be wired to activate AC mode using a wall switch, the photo cell, or any other switching mechanism.
