Equip your facility for emergency lighting with this Lavex emergency LED driver! This unit is used to convert new or existing LED fixtures into emergency lighting with or without an AC driver. It is specifically designed for outdoor use, making it great for canopy lights, garage lights, and any outdoor fixture. It works by providing constant power output to the load during emergency mode operation. It is designed to operate normally-on, normally-off, or switched load light fixtures. It offers 17W of power with overcurrent and surge protection for safe use.

While it can be wired to run on 120V/277V electrical power, this unit also features an NiCad battery to function properly during power outages. This battery is long-lasting and maintenance-free, and it is rechargeable for reliable operation. It offers 90 minutes of emergency operating time. This unit has an LED indicator light to show the charge rate and to indicate when power is present. Plus, it has a push-to-test switch to ensure it is working properly. This model comes with a charger to recharge the battery in 24 hours.

To withstand outdoor conditions, this unit boasts a powder-coated, die-cast aluminum housing that is both sealed and gasketed. It is UL listed to withstand wet locations from 68 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. For reliable use, it meets UL924, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, NEC, and OSHA requirements as well as state and local codes. It is also certified to CEC under Title 20 regulations. It can be mounted on the top or side of the LED fixture, and it also comes with 2' of flex conduit.
