It is flexible after cooking to form any desired shape, and is perfect for holding scoops of ice cream and frozen yogurt as well as fruit purees, mousses, and dessert sauces.

Rather than risking breakage and damage from pre-packaged or store-bought waffle cones, this waffle cone mix allows you to prepare and serve your own waffle cones right when you need them. Providing all the main ingredients you need, this mix makes baking easy while still offering a house-made taste. Only requiring the simple addition of water to blend, this mix helps save on prep time, labor costs, and the hassle of measuring out ingredients. To prepare, combine 5 lb. of mix with 6 1/4 cups (50 oz.) of cool water in a mixing bowl and blend together using a wire whisk until well-blended. Let the mixture stand for 30 seconds. Pour the batter onto a preheated and greased waffle cone iron. Wait 15 seconds and then clamp the iron down. Cook the waffle cone for approximately 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the iron and roll onto a cone shaper. Place seam side down and let cool for 1 minute.
