The Kitchen Brains® TX0-60221-09 (FAST.)® MERIDIAN Plus 18-Product programmable digital timer with SCK Link software ensures every product that leaves your kitchen is cooked with consistency to provide maximum quality. A timer is of utmost importance to a commercial kitchen, as there are many products cooking at once. With this timer, you will be able to set 18 different products to various times, perfect for a high-volume commercial kitchen. This timer provides an element of automation to your kitchen, giving valuable time back to your staff so they can focus on different tasks.

With 18 product keys, this 1-second to 99-hour timer can be programmed to display your most frequently ordered items and the audio alarm levels can be adjusted to sound louder for items such as desserts, that have no room for flexibility, or quieter, for foods that can give or take a few minutes. In addition, the 14-segment, 8-character display allows you to create easily recognizable names for your menu items. Each product key can be programmed with up to 3 action alarms, letting your staff know it is time to flip the burgers or drain the pasta. Not only does this increase productivity by eliminating the need to constantly watch food that is cooking, it also ensures that your product is cooked exactly the same way every time. If you want to change your menu, the replaceable menu strip allows for a quick and easy swap. To prevent employees from accidentally changing your settings, there is a password-protected manager setting under which only you can modify or delete products. Use the included mounting brackets to permanently attach your timer to the surface of your choosing.

If food is held too long in the Danger Zone (40-140 degrees Fahrenheit), bacteria grows at an astonishing rate, posing the risk of food-borne bacteria. The hold time countdown minimizes this risk, and begins as soon as the product has finished cooking. It will then beep when the cycle has completed, alerting your cooks that the food is ready to be discarded. The diagnostic feature makes your life easier by testing all inputs and outputs so you spend less time troubleshooting your timer and more time prepping your kitchen.
