This Kitchen Brains® BB4 (FAST.)® 4-Product digital battery timer ensures every product that leaves your kitchen is cooked with consistency to provide maximum quality. A timer is of utmost importance to a commercial kitchen, as there are many products cooking at once. This 4-product timer provides you with the flexibility to keep an eye on burgers on the grill, pizza in the oven, and wings in the fryer, all while maintaining a fast-paced kitchen.

This timer is water-resistant to protect it from accidental splashes of water, and the electronics are enclosed with plastic for extreme durability. With a magnetic backing, this unit mounts on most metal surfaces, providing you with flexibility to easily move the timer from one part of the kitchen to another. If desired, this timer can also be mounted with a bracket (sold separately) for a more permanent position. For installation, simply insert 4 AA batteries (sold separately) and your timer is ready to go! If branded commercial batteries are used, this timer will provide you more than 10 months of use, giving you one less thing to worry about.

The LCD display on this timer offers great visibility for your staff to easily see the correct time from across the kitchen. Instead of using valuable time to walk over and squint at what they think the time is, the large LCD indicator on this timer allows for telling time at a simple glance. In addition, the large 3/4" buttons allow for easy-selection and adjustment. These easy-to-use buttons can be set on each of the four channels from 1 second to 99 hours, for a multitude of different food products. This unit requires (4) 1.5V AA batteries for operation.
