Clean your John Boos & Co. wood surface with Varnique finish with mild soap and water, then wipe dry.

PLEASE NOTE: Items with Varnique finish are not designed to be cut on. Any cuts into the finish should immediately be resealed to prevent the exposed wood from absorbing moisture. If needed, Varnique finish can be spot-sanded or repaired by finishing with EZ-DO wipe-on poly gel.

With 2 adjustable, 10" wide drop leaves on either side, this cart provides extra work space that can be dropped to fit into tight spaces. For easy maneuverability in your kitchen, this cart has 4 sturdy commercial grade 3" locking casters.
