iSi 271901 Details

Provide extra grip and heat protection for your staff with the iSi 271901 1 pint heat protection sleeve. The heat protection sleeve is specifically designed for use with the 1 pint iSi Gourmet Whip bottle in hot dish preparation. The sleeve features a non-slip silicone grip so that whippers don't accidently slip out of your staff's grasp. This sleeve is also useful for sous vide applications.

To use, unscrew the head from an iSi Gourmet Whip bottle. Then, simply slide the heat protection sleeve over top of the bottle and replace the head.

iSi Whipper using the heat protection sleeve can be used in a bain marie or water bath up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
