This Insinkerator WX-300-7-WX-101 Waste Xpress system reduces waste volume by a whopping 85%, effectively decreasing labor costs, reducing waste hauling fees, and increasing overall efficiency! This unique pulper uses a 3 hp disposer to quickly grind kitchen waste, which is then sent to a dewatering unit. Here the waste is compressed, with liquids sent down a drain line and solids pumped through a chute into the included 10 gallon trash can. Designed for continuous, high-volume operation in restaurants, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, this extractor can process up to an impressive 700 lbs. per hour.
