Suggested Recipe: Espresso Lime Tonic
Prepare an espresso (25 cc) into a 3 oz pour pitcher.
While coffee is pouring, put 15 cc (1 tbs) lime juice to the bottom of the serving glass.
Add 15 cc (1 tbs) simple syrup and stir gently.
Fill glass 2/3 with ice.
Add 4 oz (120 cc) tonic water.
Slowly pour the espresso over the tonic and lime.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
