At the concession stand I run for my daughter's soccer team, we use these all the time for the hot dogs. They are convenient, and easy to hand to a customer without spilling. And since they are open (unlike a bag), the customer can put the condiments on easily without a hassle.

These go hand-in-hand with the foil containers. We put our hot dogs in the tray and they glide right into the foil. This helps keep all of the toppings in one place.

These hot dogs trays are indispensable when it comes to selling hot dogs. One of the main benefits of using paper hot dog trays is that condiments and toppings have a place to fall down while biting on the hot dog. Without the paper trays, condiments and toppings can easily fall down on clothing and stain it.
