a big problem with running a restaurant is the maintain freshness of the product and make sure you have enough to last. selling this 4 gallon bulk tub at a low price has been a save.

I usually buy the one gal, but ever since I found this 4 gals bulk tub. I preferred this one. Easy to store, not worry running out. Also this type of mayo has great taste.
