To prepare this tea, heat your water to 212 degrees Fahrenheit and steep a tea bag for 4 to 5 minutes. Each tea bag can be used to brew an individual cup of tea or you can use 2 or more tea bags to prepare a pot for guests to share! Offer this tea with milk and sugar or a dollop of honey so your guests can customize the flavor to their preference. These tea bags come individually wrapped in foil, providing easy service and enhanced sanitation in your busy establishment. Suggested Recipe: Paris Tea Infused Shortbread Cookies
1 sachets Harvey & Sons Decaf Paris Tea
1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch

To make in mixing bowl or stand mixer cream butter and powdered sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, add in the salt, vanilla extract and the loose tea from the Paris Tea sachet (discard bag), mixing on low till incorporated. Add flour and cornstarch one cup at a time mixing on low speed until dough just comes together. Turn dough onto a floured work surface and knead gently then roll into a log about 1 1/2" diameter. Wrap with parchment or wax paper and refrigerate overnight (may also be frozen). To bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, remove dough from paper and cut into 1/8-1/4 inch rounds. Place on baking sheet about 1/2" apart. Bake for 15/18 minutes r until golden around the edges. Allow to cool on baking sheet before transferring to platter or storage. Cookies will keep covered at room temperature for 1 week.
