What is the proper technique for cleaning my blender jar?

Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high pressure pre-rinse faucet. For best results, clean the bottom of the jar with a washcloth and a mild detergent or sanitizer when needed.

This Hamilton Beach 6126-455 Tango 48 oz. Eastman Tritan™ container with blade and lid for select Hamilton Beach blenders is the perfect addition to your Hamilton Beach blender. The stainless steel blade design continuously forces your mixture into the blades, ensuring that there are never chunks of ice or other product leftover at the end of the blending process. Instead of turning in a circular motion like tradition blenders, blades in the unique Wave-Action system move up and out to pull ingredients from the top down for an even, consistent mix all the way through.

This durable Tritan™ container is break-resistant and includes convenient measurement markings so you can easily and accurately measure ingredients for the perfect mix. Use this blender jar with your bar blender (sold separately) to make strawberry daquiris or frozen margaritas for a perfectly blended beverage. For easy storage, the lid and blade are fully removable from the jar. Simply wash, sanitize, and return this container to your storage area.
