These work well for making tall sheet cakes! Easy to release when you pair this item with parchment paper and pan release spray! Great bakery item!!

Pan extenders are a MUST HAVE for serious bakers. The half-size extenders fit perfectly in half-size sheet pans. Use parchment in the bottom, spray the sides with a little cooking spray and you get perfectly baked trays of brownies, pan cookies, and bar cookies every time. They are great for preventing uneven cooking and overdone edges. I even use the extenders when I pour fudge for setting. You get nice "factory" edges when you're ready to cut! Highly recommended for serious bakers.

A great price like we've come to expect from Webstaurant Store. A little flimsy but we can definitely work with it. A shame the girl we hired to use them showed up to work drunk and is thus no longer with us.

I love this tool I use it at work and home it really controls the drips and cakes and brownies come out even I recommend this item.

We had never tried these before. Took a chance on 6 and ordered another 6 once we tried them.
They assist in even baking and very appealing sides. No more of that descending edge look. We have prepared & cooked Corn Bread, Butter Cake, Chocolate Cake and brownies in them. They work great and are well made.

Works as well as I expected. Great for baking as it produced really nice "layers" that released easily. The extender was also very easy to clean. I was also using it as a form for my 2 layer mousse cake and for that use it would have really been better if it was 2.5 inches high or higher.
