When working with chemicals or other hazardous materials it is vital that you have a solution for direct exposure. With the Guardian Equipment GFR1902 freeze-resistant safety station you can greatly reduce potential workplace injury and protect workers from irreparable harm. Complete with both eyewash valves and a shower head, this safety station can handle full body rinses as well as eye flushes.

This safety station is designed to hold up to extreme cold conditions without freezing. This is accomplished by burying the valves and supply lines below the frost line. It includes bleed outlets that drain off excess water so that no freezing can occur because of standing-water. An ANSI-compliant identification sign mounts directly to the upright of the station for clear direction on operation.

The shower head is 10" in diameter and has a 20 GPM flow control. The eyewash and shower each have their own respective hand paddles that when pressed will activate the flow of water for as long as they are engaged. Each freeze-resistant spray head has a float-off dust cover and an internal flow control. This unit has a bottom mounted 1 1/4" NPT male supply inlet for the shower, a 3/4" NPT female inlet for the eyewash, and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
