This unit consistently holds and dispenses 10 gallons of water at temperatures between 190 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, with the container automatically refilling and reheating as water is used so that you never run out.

- Adjustable thermostat with four settings: Brew, Hold, Night Standby, and Off

- Dial thermometer with color-marked temperature zone for simple monitoring

- Durable 18-8 type 304 stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting performance

- Low water cutoff system protects heating elements from burnout at startup

- Electronic components contained in side control drawer for easy maintenance
