This black / American White (ivory / eggshell) Tuxton B4X-0408 4 oz. fluted ramekin is the "Green" option for your diner, restaurant, or other food service operation. Formed out of ceramic, then air dried but not fired, it's fully vitrified, microwave-and dishwasher-safe, and oven-proof.

This ramekin acts as an attractive serving dish for sauces, dressings, and small sides. It has a black exterior, and is American White (ivory / eggshell) -colored on the inside. The Tuxton 4 oz. fluted ramekin is sold 48 to a case.

    This fluted ramekin is perfect for holding dressings and sauces. I like to use it in my restaurant to serve dressings on the side of salads.
