Grease traps are often used with cooking or prep sinks, pot sinks, and commercial dishwashers in various types of commercial food service operations. By filtering wastewater from your attached sink or dishwasher, this machine separates solids and grease, protecting your plumbing in the process. After filtering, settled grease is automatically sent to the external grease collector, as many as four times per day, which reduces the time you spend cleaning the machine and the risk of backup. Using a durable skimming wheel, the GGX35 is capable of outputting a skimming rate of 11 / 22 lb. per low / high cycle.

It also features a removable, heavy-duty stainless steel dry solids strainer basket. This unit requires a 110V electrical connection.
