It requires only the simple addition of water to create the batter and helps save on prep time, labor costs, and the hassle of measuring out ingredients. To use as a breading, simply dip clean food in cold water, cover with the breading, and fry. Or, dip foods into the prepared batter and either coat in dry breading or place directly into the fryer until golden brown.
