Efficiently and effectively clean your pizza oven with this GI Metal R-SP3 7 7/8" x 2 3/8" replacement brass bristle brush head. It is designed to thoroughly remove food residues, flour, and ash with durable brass bristles that offer an invasive approach to cleaning.
This brush head is meant to be used when cleaning electric ovens with a lower cooking chamber. The shortened height of this brush head helps ensure the inside of your electric oven will remain unharmed. The back of the head is made of sturdy wood to provide long-lasting use in your commercial establishment. It also comes with a removable scraper to help avoid damaging the electric resistances on the roof of the oven. The brass bristles are durable and rust-resistant, but are softer than stainless steel or carbon steel so they won't scratch your equipment. This is a direct replacement brush head for AC-SP3, AC-SP3/120, and AC-SP3/60 GI Metal brushes. Keep a replacement brush on hand so you're always ready for your next cleaning.
