Bake, display, and merchandise all from the same tray with this Genpak 55A10 10" angel food cake tray! Made from ovenable CPET plastic, this tray allows you to add your favorite angel food cake batter, bake it in the oven, and send it home with your customers. You can even fill the tray with batter and freeze for baking later. Its sleek design also makes it a great way to display your cakes on the bakery shelf.

A thin layer of spray-on grease applied before adding batter will allow for easy release. This tray is built to withstand temperatures ranging from -15 degrees to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Microwave, oven, and freezer safe. Sold 200 per case.

When using this tray in the oven, always use a cookie sheet and place the tray in the middle rack of the oven. Never use the tray without a cookie sheet or place too close to the heat source. Melting and damage to your oven may occur.

Please note that this is a special order item with a lead time of 3-4 weeks.

    This is a great pan, non stick, heat moves through the walls of it too which helps with even cooking. Easy to wash and easy on my pocket!
