Blending innovative induction technology with a classic griddle design, the Garland GI-SH/GR/IN 3500 21" drop in induction griddle lets you fry up your signature burgers, eggs, pancakes, and more, while delivering superior energy efficiency and lightning-fast heating! Perfect for display cooking, this compact induction griddle lets you customize your cooking space by fitting easily into your countertop, and it comes with an air intake kit for easy installation.
This unit uses its real time temperature control system to automatically compensate for even minor temperature changes on the cooking surface. A remote control box with a rotary dial thermostat control and LED readout lets you adjust the griddle temperature for instant searing, precise temperature control on delicate items, and everything in between.
Because there is no flame, this unit allows much cooler working conditions than traditional griddles. A stainless steel body provides superior durability, and for easy cleaning it also features a front grease trough.
The Garland GI-SH/GR/IN 3500 21" drop in induction griddle is ETL and ETL Sanitation Listed and requires a 21"W x 15 3/8"D x 7"H cutout for installation. It also requires a 208V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
