Designed to separate welding areas in machine shops, warehouses, and production facilities, this door provides an effective sound barrier, reducing noise that travels between work areas. Its transparent, bronze-colored design provides spark and visual protection while allowing a clear view through the door strips. These strips are made of 0.120 mil thick PVC that is long-lasting and durable. It also screens out hazardous UV rays. Mounted with a 67% overlap, this strip door is easy to install and comes with all necessary installation hardware, including universal mounting hardware, hex nuts, and face plates. Its mounting hardware is constructed with 14 gauge galvanized steel, and features pre-drilled holes, permanent 1/4” studs, and proprietary Snap Caps.

This versatile door also features a secure thermal barrier that is created when the concave-shaped strips interlock and form a seal, saving on the cost of heating and cooling, while also providing airborne dust containment. It offers a barrier with low static cling and friction between the strips. Plus, each strip is rounded at the edges for additional safety.
