This product will coat popcorn with a molten sugar glaze directly in the kettle as the popcorn pops. Simply add it to the kettle along with the oil before popping. It contains an ingredient which bonds the sugar and oil together to guard against burning. Use a measure of this product equal to half the quantity of corn. One carton contains 28 oz. of product.
