Slice and dice semi-hard cheese with the Franmara 1067 8 1/2" stainless steel semi-hard cheese knife. Semi-hard cheeses like cheddar or swiss have lower moisture content than soft cheeses and undergo a process of being pressed into forms and held under pressure during the aging process. Due to its firmness, semi-hard cheese requires a sturdy blade that is also able to resist the stickiness that results from moisture in the cheese.
This knife's durable, stainless steel blade is designed with holes to prevent cheese from sticking to it. In addition, the large, hollow handle allows for an easy, clean cut. Great for use in restaurants and wineries, this must-have tool is a great addition to any kitchen!

The Franmara semi hard cheese knife is not a bad knife for the money. It was pretty dull when I received it but I didn't expect it to be super sharp for the price. I put a edge on it and it works well. I like it and I highly recommend it.

I love this cheese knife. U use it to make cheese cubes for party appetizers. And everyone wants to know where I bought it. So it tell them. I will always recommend this item.

I absolutely love this cheese knife, so does everyone in my family. It slices cheese very well, and barely any sticking due to large holes in the blade. Looks very good and stylish. Definitely worth the price.

For the price, this knife is very good. I use it to cut cheese as well as slicing tomatoes. I ue the end to core items as needed.

We love these. 75% of our sales are cheese plates and these knives are our number one most stolen item which I assume means our guest like them as well. At the price point we are never to upset with how many stroll out the door. And compared to the price point we were paying for them Webstaurant has saved us quite a bit.

While you might be expecting a magnificent, sharp, cheese cutting machine - you'll be a bit let down with this. This knife doesn't feel sharp enough to cut cheeses (semi-hard) well. Other than that, it looks cool - and is good for conversation, so there's that.

Thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the knife you purchased recently. We suggest this Franmara Stainless Steel Cheese Knife instead for a heavier knife with a serrated edge that will cut easier.

For an inexpensive cheese knife it works pretty well. The hard cheeses do not stick but we have noticed softer cheeses tend to cling to the knife.

The Franmara stainless steel cheese knives are attractive pieces to add to your serving utensils. I purchased the semi-hard cheese knife, the hard cheese knife and the soft cheese knife to use/display together on a cheese board. Very happy with the quality.
