Slice and dice semi-hard cheeses with the Franmara 1067 8 1/2" stainless steel semi-hard cheese knife. Semi-hard cheeses like Cheddar and Swiss have lower moisture content than soft cheeses and undergo a process of being pressed into forms and held under pressure during the aging process. Due to its firmness, semi-soft cheeses require a sturdy blade that is also able to resist the stickiness that results from moisture in the cheese.

This knife's durable, stainless steel blade is designed with holes to prevent cheese from sticking to it. In addition, the large, hollow handle allows for an easy, clean cut. This must-have tool is a great addition to any kitchen!
