Fox's Dark Corn Syrup - 1 Gallon
|Package Size||1 Gallons|
|Type||Dark Corn Syrup|
Entice your customers to fresh baked goods, pastries, confections, sauces, and spreads made with Fox's dark corn syrup! This essential ingredient is perfect for thickening and adding extra sweetness to an endless variety of dishes. Whether you're enhancing flavors, retaining moisture, or softening the texture of your pastries, this liquefied sugar-based syrup from H. Fox & Company is perfect for your restaurant or bakery. A corporation specializing in irresistible ice cream toppings, saccharine syrups, and vital baking supplies for over 100 years, H. Fox & Company takes great pride in their products.
This dark corn syrup includes caramel flavor for enhanced taste and color. The darker the corn syrup, the stronger the taste, though it is still not as sweet as granulated sugar. Besides its sweetening properties, corn syrup adds volume to baked goods, thickens sauces, and prevents crystallization of sugar. Since it retains moisture, it also maintains a food’s freshness. Use Fox’s dark corn syrup to make a classic pecan pie, or use it to make candies, jams, jellies, fountain syrups, glazes, and marinades. It’s an excellent multi-purpose bulk ingredient for any establishment!
Sold in a 1 gallon container.
