Made with a classic blend of vinegar, dill, garlic, and mustard, this pickle brine makes it easy to create crisp and tangy pickles. Rather than measuring out your own ingredients, let Foothill Farms do the hard work for you to cut down on prep and labor in your establishment. Each gallon of this brine yields approximately 6 pounds of pickle slices or spears. When you're finished making pickles, you can even use this product to brine chicken! Marinate up to 5 lb. of chicken in this brine for up to an hour before breading and frying for classic country fried chicken that's sure to impress your guests.

This convenient mix will streamline pickle prep in your establishment! To make delicious pickles, begin by washing and preparing the pail and lid you will use to soak your pickles. Wash and drain 6 lb. of cucumbers (pickling cucumbers preferred), cutting a slice off the blossom end. Cut your cucumbers into slices or spears (whole cucumbers aren't recommended), then pack them tightly in your pail. Shake your Foothill Farms brine and pour it over the cucumbers, leaving 1/2" of headspace. Refrigerate the pail immediately and let your pickles brine for at least 8 hours or up to 1 week.
