Details

Use the FMP 154-1008 36" 2 lead thermopile as a direct replacement for the thermopile that came with a variety of hot side cooking equipment. The thermopile senses temperature and ensures that your equipment is heating up appropriately. Replace a worn or damaged thermocouple right away so that your hot side equipment cooks food thoroughly and evenly.
