The Excellence HFF-12 ice cream dipping cabinet features exterior and interior shells that are made of heavy-gauge, high-grade stainless steel with pre-painted white galvanized steel interior. The HFF-12 includes a stainless steel top and flip- top lid, plus a bottom drain for easy defrosting. The efficient, cold-wall refrigeration on the HFF-12 also has a 1/3 HP compressor and it has a temperature range from 5 degrees Fahrenheit to -15 degrees Fahrenheit.
