Keep your Santoku and other Asian or specialty knives sharp with the Edgecraft Chef's Choice M2130 sharpening module for 15 degree edge knives! This 3 stage sharpening module conveniently works with your existing Chef's Choice 2100 commercial Diamond Hone knife sharpener so that you can keep all your knives ready to use.

Simply remove the 20 degree edge knife module that came with your unit and attach the M2130 to begin sharpening. When finished, the module is easily removable and may be cleaned by hand or in a commercial dishwasher. Please note that if this sharpener is used with knives that do not have a 15 degree edge, the original angle of the edge will be altered. NSF Listed. See Companion Items for compatible sharpeners.
