This uninsulated beverage dispenser is not designed for use with hot beverages.

My stainless steel item has fingerprints and scratches and I can't seem to get it clean. What can I do?

Try using a microfiber polishing cloth. You may not need to use any chemicals to get rid of the scratches and fingerprints. If they are not easily removed by the dry cloth, our Noble Chemical stainless steel cleaner should do the trick!

Should I freeze this dispenser's ice core?

Since water expands when frozen, the ice core should not be filled with water and then frozen. Instead, fill the core with crushed or cubed ice.

What's the best way to clean my acrylic product?

To clean and maintain your acrylic item, you'll need two non-abrasive cloths, a non-abrasive cleaner, and water. For light dust and debris, simply dampen the first cloth and wipe off the item's surface. For dirtier items, apply the cleaner to the surface and wipe until the dirt is removed.
