Rich in protein and fiber, these small lima beans will work perfectly in chili, soup, or by themselves as a tasty side dish. Lima beans are an excellent ingredient for adding subtle flavors and textures to a dinner plate, and their distinctive shape and bright color add appeal to food presentation.

Because of their long shelf life, dried small lima beans are easy to store and portion. Like all dried beans, these large lima beans require a soaking process before cooking and serving.
