While this docker does appear to be a quality product which could work great for some pizza places, the pegs are a little to short to dock our hand tossed crust properly. Make sure you read the peg lengths to see if it will work for you

this tool is awesome in the pizza shop! some places dont dock their crusts, but for even and proper cooking i recommend a docker like this one.

The low cost is very surprising with the amount of heavy duty thi has. It has solid construction so we haven't been able to break it yett so we love it

Docking is a very important step in pie or pastry making, so don't forget it!! This tool makes it very easy and is much better alternative than using a fork.

This is one of those multi use items! Great for making pizza dough and works wonders on pie dough too! Inexpensive tool that will pay for itself when you make perfect pies each and every time!!!

I really like this product. It works great for sandwich thins. It is very solidly made. It does have a short handle, but I like that. I think a longer one would get in the way and make it too heavy.

This dough docker is heavy, so I don't have to apply much pressure when docking pie doughs. I just wish the handle wasn't so short.

Heavy Duty, does the job, holding up well. I would not hesitate to buy another one of these if I need one again in the future.

This dough docker is heavy duty enough to last many years. It's a great time saver and easy to clean up when done. Glad I have one!

This heavy dough docker is great when making pizzas and pastas. This is a must have and works great. Stock up on them. Anyone can use.
