This Dexter-Russell 242.8525.18 7 1/2" offset, serrated / wavy-edge bread and sandwich knife makes short work of sandwich and bread slicing, while its offset blade keeps knuckles from hitting the cutting surface. It features a ground blade that is highly durable and exceptional at "holding an edge". This blade goes through a special hardening process that results in excellent corrosion resistance. This knife is NSF Listed thanks to its sanitary white poly handle.
