This insert is the perfect accessory for your Delfin BCC-1510 Cut Corner acrylic bowl (sold separately). Simply place this insert inside of the bowl to reduce its capacity. This allows you to keep your display looking clean and consistent, with the same height bowls while still preparing the amount of food that you need without wasting extra ingredients. The insert is optimal for slower moving items or low volume days at any establishment. The insert can also be used to help maintain cold temperatures longer, by simply adding a layer of ice in the Cut Corner bowl (sold separately) and then dropping the insert in on top.
