The 48" Delfield STD4448N-8 refrigerated salad prep table with four drawers is built to withstand the fast-paced environment of commercial kitchens. A dishwasher safe, 10" wide cutting board, treated with an antimicrobial agent, provides a convenient workspace, and a full-width 4" high stainless steel backsplash helps protect your walls and prevent materials from falling behind the unit. Dual level pan brackets allow you to set the pans 1" lower, keeping their contents cooler if ambient temperatures are high or the cover stays open for a long period of time.

This Delfield salad prep refrigerator's top holds eight 1/6 size food pans up to 6" deep. Each top drawer can hold one full size food pan up to 6" deep, plus three 1/9 size food pans up to 6" deep. Each bottom drawer accommodates one 4" deep full size food pan and three 1/9 size food pans up to 4" deep. Pans for the drawers are sold separately.

The Delfield STD4448N-8 salad top refrigerator's 1/5 hp compressor uses environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures. High density foamed in place polyurethane insulation, Delfield's precision ACT electronic temperature controls, and a unique evaporator design that provides optimum airflow also contribute to outstanding temperature retention and efficiency in the most demanding environments.

The Delfield four drawer 48" sandwich / salad prep refrigerator's front breathing design allows for zero-clearance installation in tight spaces, and 5" casters enable easy movement for cleaning.
