This food well is designed to operate with water in order to keep your most popular hot foods delicious and ready to serve at your buffet. Because of how this food well holds pans, it's great for narrower countertops or two-sided buffet setups where you'd want to display the pans lengthwise.
The N8768N electric heated drop in food well can hold three full size 12" x 20" food pans up to 6" deep lengthwise at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time. Each well's 1000 watt bottom-mounted heating coil quickly warms the food pans to between 140 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and it is operated via a remote-mounted infinite temperature control panel with individual element controls. An updated design enhances well temperature consistency, while reducing countertop surface temperatures surrounding the wells.
This stainless steel drop in hot food well is fully insulated for excellent performance, and an included fitted flange gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop. The Delfield N8768N narrow hot food well is UL and NSF Listed, requires a 208/230V electrical connection, and must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug.
