This Delfield D4448N-18M 48" Mega Top sandwich / salad prep refrigerator can hold up to (18) 1/6-size food pans! A patented air screen ensure that product stays cold without drying it out, and its 100% front breathing design allows the unit to be pushed against a wall or built into a cabinet or existing lineup.
The Delfield D4448N-18M comes standard with an 8" wide dishwasher-safe polyethylene cutting board that's treated with an antimicrobial agent to improve food safety.
With a total of four drawers, you'll have plenty of space to keep everything you need close at hand. Both top drawers can hold one 12" x 20" food pan and three 1/9-size food pans up to 6" deep. The bottom drawers can each hold a 12" x 20" pan and three 1/9-size 4" deep pan. These pans are not included.
The Delfield D4448N-18M Mega Top sandwich / salad prep refrigerator features an environmentally-friendly R404A refrigerant system and high density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to maximize cooling efficiency. This 48" sandwich / salad prep refrigerator is mounted on 2" diameter casters, and requires a 115V single-phase electrical connection. NEMA 5-15P plug and 6' cord included. UL and NSF Listed.
