The Delfield CTP 8160-NB countertop refrigerated prep rail's 1/5 hp compressor uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures. High density foamed in place polyurethane insulation contributes to outstanding temperature retention and efficiency in even the most demanding environments. Convenient rubber bumpers affixed to the back and front give space for proper air flow anywhere the unit is placed.
The CTP 8160-NB countertop prep rail is UL and NSF Listed, and requires a 115V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
